Senior Sales Executive - Cyber Security

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales executive to join our team. This sales role focuses on Generate and realize business opportunities with assigned clients, commercially develop the assigned client and/or territory, in order to ensure compliance with goals indicated by the company. Must identify, prepare and generate account plans. Coordinate and participate in proposals, leading the processes with the client internally. Supports in the creation of tenders. Permanently advising and collaborating with the client.

  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their specific security needs and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value proposition of our cyber security solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends, continuously improving your product knowledge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Knowledge
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their challenges, objectives, and requirements, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their specific needs and add value to their business.
  • Solution Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and presentations that effectively showcase the benefits and capabilities of our products and services.
  • Pre-sales Support: Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops to support the sales team in closing deals.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and can effectively articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and work closely with the sales team to expand our footprint within the client organization.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions and stay ahead of market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous Experience in Cyber Security sales activity.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security threats and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment.
  • Knowledge of additional languages besides English, such as Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or sales methodologies – as a plus
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Participation in industry events, conferences, or networking groups related to sales or technology.
